Baked Cream Cheese Wontons
Baked Cream Cheese Wontons! Last night we had Chinese for Ben’s birthday dinner and we were assigned to make the baked cream cheese wontons, no Chinese meal is complete without these.
My little brother Ben is quite demanding when it comes to his birthday dinner. He comes up with the most ridiculous ideas of what we should make for his dinner. He has bounced around several ideas such as Tucano’s night, the 12 days of Ben and they get more ridiculous from there.
Ben has always been the family party favor, the entertainment if you will. Anyways when he asked that Matt and I make Cream Cheese Wontons I was happy to oblige because I love them! However, I am starting to not love deep frying because in our house without AC it’s extra hot.
We decided to bake them and we felt like it was easier and faster, and probably a little more healthy than deep-fried. These were amazing give them a try!
