2 Ingredient Apple Cinnamon Rolls
This quick and delicious breakfast or even dessert has moved to the front of the class! It’s a mix between a cobbler and bread pudding, and it only has TWO ingredients.
Every Christmas for the past 20 years, we have made French toast casserole. I love that it’s so easy to make but so delicious at the same time! My 22 year old requests it for her birthday dinner. I think I have found something that is just as delicious but even easier to make! Did I blow your mind? It blew mine! lol!!!!
It always blows my mind when something comes out so yummy and you didn’t have to slave over the oven to accomplish it!
This is perfect for Christmas morning but heck, it would be a great dessert with a big old scoop of ice cream and a drizzle of caramel on top!
TIPS AND TRICKS
ICING: I warmed up the icing in the microwave for about 15 seconds. It helps to drizzle it on top of the rolls.
PIE FILLING: I love the combination of apples with cinnamon rolls but I think this would be good with a peach filling or even cherry.
TOPPINGS: This would be amazing with a drizzle of heavy cream or whip topping, or a big scoop of ice cream with a drizzle of warm caramel sauce.
MAKE AHEAD: You can make this ahead of time. Just mix it together and place it in your pan. Cover with foil and leave it in the fridge until you are ready to bake it.
STORAGE: These will keep up to 3 to 4 days, if covered and kept in the refrigerator.
