Peppermint Fudge Recipe
Oh how I love fudge at Christmas! I have been trying to find a basic fudge recipe for a while now. One that you could use for ANY variety of fudge. I think I found the answer. This fudge is super soft and yummy. Just the way I like it, and you can make it however you want, here’s how.

3 cups of sugar
Peppermint Fudge Recipe
Directions:
Line a 9×9 pan with foil, fold over the edges of the pan. Bring butter, milk, and sugar to a boil over medium heat in a heavy saucepan. Let it boil for 7 minutes, or until it reaches 234 degrees Fahrenheit with a candy thermometer. Remove from heat.
Here’s where you can customize…
Add 1 bag, or 11 oz. of your favorite chocolate. I used Ghirardelli White Chocolate chips for my peppermint fudge. You could use semi sweet or milk chocolate, or even your favorite mostly chocolate bar, like a Symphony bar.
Let the chocolate melt into the butter, milk, and sugar mixture.
Add 6 oz. of marshmallow fluff after the chocolate has melted.
Add 1 teaspoon of your favorite flavoring extract. I used peppermint extract for my peppermint fudge.
Finally, add your favorite treat into the fudge. I chopped up peppermints and added them. I used about 2 cups. You could add nuts, marshmallows, Oreos…anything you want!
Pour fudge into the pan and let it cool for about 2 hours, or until it sets up.
ENJOY
