Carolina Honey BBQ Sauce
It was Cassie’s birthday a few week ago, and as usual, we let the birthday girl pick her favorite dinner. Cassie has always loved ribs! When she was little she would order them when we went out to eat. We have conquered the slow cooker version of delicious ribs but making a fall off the bone rib cooked on the grill has been a journey.
It seems to be a combination between the dry rub and the BBQ sauce. This Carolina Honey sauce is FABULOUS! This would be fabulous on any kind of meat. It’s finger licking good!
