Creamy Avocado Salad
I proudly present to you my own creation! And it is an amazing creation, oh my goodness! I will probably never eat another salad. I actually created this by accident.
I had some avocados and wanted to cut them up for my salad but started mashing them by accident because that’s what I usually do to feed Cooper. I decided to use them to make a sort of dressing instead and it turned out AMAZING!
Creamy Avocado Salad
INGREDIENTS:
1 Avocado
1/3 c mayo
Garlic Salt
Lettuce
Bacon cooked and crumbled
Cheddar Cheese
Tomato
Creamy Avocado Salad
DIRECTIONS:
1. Mash your avocado and mix it with the mayo. Add garlic salt to taste.
2. Cut up lettuce and put it in a large bowl.
3. Add bacon, cheese, and avocado mixture to the lettuce and toss.
4. Sprinkle the tomatoes on top so that it looks pretty and weirdos who don’t like tomatoes (like my husband) can easily remove them.
