Cheesy Potato Green Bean Casserole
Green bean casserole is at every Thanksgiving and Matt loves his green beans. We will make our own “mash-up” version of Mom’s green bean casserole. When it’s Sunday dinner and you’re looking for a good side, this is our go-to dish!
What we did was simple and quick and didn’t take a lot of time. We went to Walmart and picked up the ingredients tonight! We are getting super excited for some home-cooked Thanksgiving dinner and needed a bite down memory lane. Give this dish a try!
Cheesy Potato Green Bean Casserole
Ingredients
2 cans of Del Monte® French-cut Green Beans
1 can of Campbells® Condensed Cream of Mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup French’s® Crispy Onions (French’s French Fried Onions) mixed in
1 package Betty Crocker Roasted Garlic Instant Mashed Potatoes
1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup French’s® Crispy Onions topping
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix together green beans, cream of mushroom soup, and milk. Then add in the 1/3 cup French’s® Crispy Onions and put in the baking dish.
2. Bake for 20 minutes. While it’s baking make mashed potatoes according to directions.
3. Stir the green beans and then top with mashed potatoes, cheese, and 1/2 cup crispy onions. Bake for 5 more minutes.
4. Pull out and Enjoy!!
