Stuffing Waffles
Good Morning everybody!! As you are coming home from Black Friday shopping, and are starving, you know there is leftovers in the fridge. It doesn’t seem very much like breakfast?! Well here is a great way to turn your leftovers into the ultimate breakfast food.
Matt and I literally just ate this for breakfast and it’s a winner. I love stuffing, it is my favorite Thanksgiving food! My mom makes the best stuffing ever! Click here for her recipe! I think this is why I love stuffing. Anyways, I love it the next day and the next day and the next. This morning we made stuffing waffles which is way easy to make! This was the breakfast of champions.
Ingredients
3 cups of leftover Stuffing
2 Eggs
1 tablespoon of butter
Directions
1. Crack the 2 eggs into a medium bowl and then mix them into the stuffing. I used my hands to get it all mixed in well. Mix in the butter.
2. Heat the waffle iron and then place the stuffing in there and cook until golden brown.
3. Serve with cranberry sauce or jam
Enjoy this yummy breakfast!
