I have been seeing a lot of great summer berries and I couldn’t help myself. I had to grab them and take them home.
I picked up the best-looking berries I could find and decided to whip up the cheesecake portion of this simple dish using just my Cool Whip and whipped cream cheese. I’m so glad that I did!
