A Construction Room is the perfect bedroom idea for a little boy!
Greyson’s first word was tractor and he loves all things tractors and dirt and construction! We decided to make a construction room! I had a lot of fun with this room’s renovation. We moved Grey into a different room because of Sawyer being born. First, we made the tractor bed, look at the link here.
Then I got these awesome blueprints from Etsy. We did 16×20 prints and got magnetic hanging frames from Amazon.
I got this sweet construction sign from Amazon. It was 6 feet long and only 25 dollars. Worth every penny! Greyson loves it!
The metal letters we got from Rustica Hardware, they were 10″ letters and they are so freaking cute!

My Dad sold construction equipment so I grew up with International Harvester cast iron construction models to play with rather than Tonka Trucks. I had 4 brothers so trucks were a thing with the boys and the girls. What an amazing bed. A really cool room theme.
thank you!
What a great room! My boys would love the bed. Right now they are longing for “cool” beds, too. Only they are hoping for something like that but in a bunkbed.
that would be a really cool bed!
Super cool! What a lucky boy!!
