It’s time to get ready for Spring and Summer fun! This fruit salad with honey lime sauce is perfect for any occasion! Whether you are trying to get your family to eat healthier, BBQ party, or a bridal shower, this will make the perfect showstopper!
We just had the best weekend ever! It finally felt like Spring! I don’t know if you are like me, but I feel like I need to eat fresh, light dishes in because it’s Spring! It’s that simple! I love all the comfort food and I’m all about having that in the warm months too but we are starting to have fresh fruit! hallelujah!
I usually seem to gravitate to the creamy fruit salads but this dish surprised me. It was so good! And it’s just darn pretty!
TIPS AND TRICKS
HOW LONG DOES IT LAST? It can last up to 5 days in an airtight container. The juices will release from the fruit, so it will have to be stirred before serving.
FRUIT CHOICES: This salad with this sauce is great with any kind of fruit. Add your favorites and get rid of the things you don’t love.
BROWN BANANAS: You can stop your bananas from going brown by simply squeezing lemon juice over them. It works for apples and pears too.
