Perfect Baked Potato

This is how to make the Perfect Baked Potato in an hour, without tinfoil! These are the best and only way you should make them.

I learned this from my favorite Idaho roommate and friend. She told me this was the best way to make a baked potato and she’s not lying! I love that she’s never wrong. She told me it’s basically like baking a huge French Fry.

I will never go back to potatoes in foil, ever. They are dry and flavorless, however maybe there is a way to make them better, we’ll have to explore that. These come out delicious and crispy.

Ingredients

• Any type of Potato
• Olive Oil
• Kosher Salt

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Wash your potatoes and allow them to dry.
3. Rub your potatoes with olive oil and then sprinkle kosher salt on top.
4. Bake for 60 to 75 minutes until potatoes are baked through.
