I love sharing new sheet pan recipes because they are exactly what the doctor ordered!  You just throw everything on a sheet pan and in less than 40 minutes, you have dinner ready! Yes, it’s that simple!

I love Pork Chops! I have ever since I was a kid. I realized that we didn’t have a lot of pork chop recipes on the blog. I decided we needed to do something about that. Pork is a tricky meat because if you over cook it, it becomes dry, but the flavor is so amazing. Just remember to use your trusty meat thermometer and you should be good!

  4. Place pork on tray in between potatoes. Bake for 10 minutes.
  5. Remove tray from oven, Change your ovens heat to broiler.
  6. Flip pork, spoon over reserved rub and dab on sides. Add green beans and then Broil 7 - 10 minutes until pretty well caramelized. Your pork needs to be 145 degrees.
  7. Remove from oven. Use a brush to get the golden juices off the tray and dab it onto the pork - this is key for flavor and color! Pop it back under the broiler for a couple of minutes to finish off.
