Waffles 4 Two

This newly married stuff is so much better than being single. It’s easier to cook for two than it is to cook for one, but we still have left overs like crazy! I love waffles so much for breakfast but we always have left overs.

With there only being two of us I needed to make a smaller batch. I used to be able to pawn my left overs off on my cute roommates but no longer. Luckily for us we got this sweet Belgium waffle maker from my Aunt Karen and her girls, and we love to use it. Here is our simple recipe.

Waffles 4 Two

Ingredients

3/4 cup of flour
1 tsp of baking powder
1/4 tsp of salt
2 tsps of sugar
2 eggs
3 tablespoons of butter
3/4 cup of milk

This recipe makes about 3-ish Belgium waffles. Great Christmas breakfast recipe!!
