Homemade Honey Butter Recipe
I made a TON of honey butter for our ward party, and I couldn’t believe how many people asked me how I did it. It is so easy and so delicious. You can use it on Amber’s Sunday Crescent Rolls, like we did, or Homemade Wheat Bread! This would even make a great neighbor gift for Christmas.
My kids went crazy for this stuff and would eat just about anything if this was spread on top.
Homemade Honey Butter Recipe
1 cup of salted butter
1 cup of honey
1 tsp. of vanilla extract
Directions:
Soften the butter to room temperature, don’t melt it! Whip the butter in a stand mixer or with a hand mixer, then add vanilla and honey and whip until combined. Once it’s whipped it’s ready to serve!
You can save this in the fridge for at least a week, if it’s not gone by then!
If you want to go crazy, you can add some of your favorite jam! We love adding 1/2 cup of raspberry jam or apricot jam to the honey butter mixture! So yummy!
I hope you enjoy it!
I love how easy this is to make! I should be on every holiday dinner table 🙂 Thanks for sharing it with us at Saturday Night Fever!
Thanks! It is super delicious too!
Someone just asked me for a Honey Butter recipe. I will have to give this to her. Also I was wanting to comment on your Fresh Fruit Roll Up that you linked on Saturday Dishes. It took me to your site and I searched it and couldn't find it. It looked yummy from the picture on the link up.
Thanks Kerry, We'll have to check that out!
Wow, so simple, but I LOVE honey butter. Now I'm hungry for a crescent roll too!!
