Mouthwatering! And who doesn’t love carne asada?! Looks super easy to make as well! Pinning for future use. Thanks for sharing your recipe!
Cilantro to me, is an acquired taste. I like it when it’s in the recipe subtle, not overpowering. We don’t have a Costco nearby, but I’d could look to see if our local stores carry something similar
Umm gimme that salad right now please! I love how tasty it looks and a great combo of flavours – plus you had me at easy. My partner HATES coriander (cilantro) and so we never have it in the house haha – but if we are at a restaurant it’s always a nice treat for me to have it in a meal!

Oh yeah, I would love to eat a salad and meal like this. It seems simple but the flavor profiles are layered and complex. Sounds divine.
That looks delicious. Looks like a great way to get kids to eat greens and salads. I live miles away from a costco but I am going to try and improvise. 🙂
This is a salad my husband and I would both love. Especially with the cilantro ranch dressing! I love cilantro and I also love ranch too!! Looks delicious!
