CREAM CHEESE CORN CASSEROLE
You know you don’t love that canned cream corn. Homemade is always better, and this recipe comes together quickly! Cream Cheese Corn Casserole is so delicious and creamy. It only takes 5 ingredients and you have most of the ingredients in the pantry!
When we have a family dinner, we always open one can of creamed corn because it feels right. Does anyone eat it? No! It’s like we think that it’s not a complete meal without it! lol!
This won’t happen with this recipe! It will be gone before you know it!
Cream Cheese Corn Casserole
INGREDIENTS
- 1 (8-ounce) package whipped cream cheese
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/3 cup whipping cream
- salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 (18-ounce) bag frozen sweet corn, thawed
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- chives, diced for garnish

Preheat oven to 350°F. In a medium pot set over low heat, melt cream cheese and butter. Stir in whipping cream until mixture is smooth and creamy. Stir in salt, pepper, and corn.

Pour corn mixture into an 8- by 8-inch square (or 2-quart) baking dish. Sprinkle with grated cheddar. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
