My daughter has always loved a good hershey bar! Include that in a pie and that is what dreams are made of!
We all need a dessert recipe that we can throw together so quickly and it still is so impressive that is the star of any gathering!
Hershey Pie
Ingredients
- 8 ounces whipped cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 7 ounces marshmallow fluff
- 9 inches graham cracker pie crust
- 6 Hershey’s chocolate bars, broken into pieces (plus more for decorating)
- 16 ounces Cool Whip, divided in half
- Hot fudge sauce, for garnish
Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and marshmallow fluff until light and creamy.
Spread the cream cheese mixture into the bottom of the graham cracker pie crust.
In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the Hershey’s bar pieces in 30-second increments, stirring between intervals until the chocolate is melted and smooth. Fold 8 ounces of the Cool Whip into the melted chocolate and spread the mixture over the cream cheese layer in the pie crust.
Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours to set the pie. Top pie with the remaining Cool Whip and additional Hershey’s bar pieces. Serve with a drizzle of hot fudge, if desired.
