The boys loved making their own pizza and this was so quick and easy. I made three pizzas in about 30 minutes. They ate their entire pizza and even Matt ate all of his and normally when I make stuff with nonfat plain greek yogurt he can taste it and complains that the flavor is off. Not this pizza. It freaking rocked!

Anyways, we’re trying to be a little healthier but if you have kids you know how hard that can be. My kids can be super picky and it’s crazy because I’m always making new and different stuff so you think they’d be used to it.

If you are what you eat then Sawyer is wants to be one big chicken nugget with ketchup. On the other hand Ellie will not eat meat all of the sudden and is loving all the veggies, fruit and breads.

Grey is finally trying new things on a regular basis but still has his picky moments. Eating healthy will continue to be a challenge, I’m prepared to try and get the kids on board. This pizza was a winner though for the kids!

Directions

  1. Add all the dry ingredients (flour and seasoning) to a large bowl and mix. Add the Greek yogurt to the bowl and mix until a dough forms.
  2. Generously flour a clean surface and add your dough. Add more flour over the top of the dough and use a rolling pin to press the dough out into a pizza shape, leaving the crust slightly thicker. You can use your air fryer basket as a reference for how large to make the pizza.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees for a few minutes, then spray with cooking spray and add your formed pizza dough. Poke holes in the center of the dough with a fork to prevent it from bubbling up.
  4. Spray the dough with cooking spray.
  5. Air fry at 400 degrees for 6 to 7 minutes, until it’s golden brown. Then carefully flip the pizza dough (use a spatula to get underneath the crust without breaking the pizza) and air fry for an additional 4 minutes to brown the bottom.
  6. Flip the dough back in the air fryer, then add your sauce and desired toppings (we used light mozzarella for our cheese pizza.)
  7. Air fry for an additional 2 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and browned to your liking.
