Sheet Pan Fried Rice
Sheet Pan Fried Rice is an easy way to get your fried rice fix and only use 1 sheet pan to get it!
Whether it’s ham fried rice or chicken fried rice I like to make it this way because it’s easier and less mess than making it in a skillet. That’s my opinion anyways. This particular recipe I didn’t add any meat but you can add in cooked chicken or ham or any kind of protein you prefer and it’s great!!
Sheet Pan Fried Rice
Ingredients
- 1400 grams day-old cooked rice
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Toasted sesame oil
- 600 grams mixed frozen veggies
- 10 eggs
Sheet Pan Fried Rice
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 475 degrees.
- Dump day old rice on the sheet pan. In a small bowl whisk together soy sauce, fish sauce, honey, rice vinegar and toasted sesame oil. Dump over the rice and mix together and spread the rice on the sheet pan evenly.
- Switch to High Broil right before adding in the sheet pan. Cook until the rice is browned. It can vary on time from oven to oven. Check every 10 minutes until the rice is browned, mine took about 20 minutes.
- Scrape the edges and stir around then top with the veggies. Put back in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes. Then dump into a bowl.
- Then to the same sheet pan, add whisked eggs. Bake for 3 to 4 minutes. Then chop up and add to the rice and veggies.
- Top with green onions! Enjoy!
