Teacher life this year is a little more busy for me, I am in a different classroom every single period. I need to transfer my lesson materials from one classroom to another during lunch time and 35 minutes is not a lot of time to do that. Here are some amazing and quick lunch ideas that have been my favorites this year. I have a fridge near my classroom and a microwave so these are things that are easily stored and heated.

First, I have to say a lot of these things at Costco, if you ask my mom we are addicted to Costco. She’s not wrong. They’ve got so many good things there. Honestly, a lot of frozen things have become my best friend this year!

First, Tokyo Style Shoyu Ramen with Chicken is literally the best frozen food I have ever eaten. You just add water and cook for 4 minutes. Literally it is amazing!

Second, Uncrustables are amazing! They are quick and you just pull them out and let them thaw and they do the job! It’s nice that they are pre-made and honestly Matt always says we can make our own, they simply just taste better from smuckers.

Third, these are awesome and quick also, you can get a box of 8 at Costco and they are an awesome lunch idea.

Fourth, Chicken melts, as you can see that I’m a fan of things that I can just grab in the morning! I love these. Honestly, as a teacher, by the time the kids leave, I walk to my other classroom, I have about 10 minutes to eat before the kids start coming in.

Fifth, All in One Salad to go container! This sucker has been a life saver, I love salad but I hate having it all mixed before, because I am weird! I bought these on Amazon and it’s the best day ever since I bought these.
