Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
This Homemade Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing is the bomb.com! It’s super simple and healthy, it’s great on salads and tomatoes.
I planned salads for dinner so that we could eat some of those amazing tomatoes Matt grew this year. I forgot to buy dressing, thought we had some, apparently not. I just wanted a good vinaigrette for my salad and tomatoes! This was great to even just dip my tomatoes in.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly crushed black pepper finely ground
- 2 garlic clove
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 3/4 cup extra virgin olive
Directions

In a food processor, put in the honey, balsamic, mustard, salt, pepper, oil and garlic. Turn on low and mix until well blended.

Store in a jar with a lid and refrigerate. Shake well before serving. Enjoy!
