INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup butter melted
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup flour
1 cup cake mix white, yellow, or Funfetti variety
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup milk chocolate chips
1/3 cup white chocolate chips
1/3 cup sprinkles

directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
Add the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar to a mixer and beat until well combined.
Beat in the egg and vanilla.
Add the flour, cake mix, baking soda, cornstarch and salt to the mixer and mix until just combined.
Stir in the milk and white chocolate chips and sprinkles until combined.
Use a medium cookie scoop or a spoon to drop spoonful’s of dough on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until edges are set but centers are still soft and slightly underdone. Or if you love a crunchy cookie give them 2 minutes more
- Cool on the baking sheet for at least 5 minutes before serving.
