Chex Mix Recipe
Need a treat for Sunday? A treat for your husband’s home teaching families? This Chex Mix Recipe is easy, cheap and way quick to make. I have always loved these!
Chex Mix Recipe
Ingredients
6 cups of Chex Cereal
6 cups of Golden Grahams
2 cups of Almonds
1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup butter
Directions
1. In a large bowl mix chex, golden grahams, and almonds.
2. In medium sauce pan blend together the corn syrup, butter, and sugar on Medium High heat. Bring to a boil for about 2 minutes. Then allow to cool for another 2 minutes.
3. Drizzle over the contents in the bowl mix using a rubber spatula, then spread out on a cookie sheet to cool.
4. Then eat!! Matt loves it warm, to each their own!
