Chicken Tin Foil Dinner
Are you ready to try something NEW for dinner????? The tin foil dinner can be prepared the night before or everyone in the family can make their own! Then your kids will be happy with what veggies they put into their own little tin foil pouch.’
Chicken Tin Foil Dinner
Preheat oven to 375 to 400 degrees. Then simply, cut a piece of tin foil and place it on the countertop. Drizzle olive oil on the foil. Place cut veggies on top of the oil. I used onions, mince garlic, carrots and diced tomatoes.
The chicken goes on top of the veggies(I used thighs because its moist). Make a few slices into the chicken and place your favorite cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
Fold over the edges and press them together firmly. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes. The juices will be clear when chicken is done.
The best part…….No Dirty Dishes!!!!!!!
I love tin foil dinners. This would be something good to try when we go camping. Then I will have some variety. YUM! Stopping by from Make Bake Create. Kathleen @ Fearlessly Creative Mammas
This is delicious for family dinner! No dirty dishes!
The best part no dirty dishes is right! Each week you astound me with something very different. I can see kids loving to do this for dinner as much as mom and dad. We eat a lot of chicken so this idea hits the spot.
