Cooler Corn on the Cob
Our Ward is having a Hillbilly Party and I told them about this cool idea that I had seen, cooking corn in your cooler chest! I had never done it but I had heard that it worked great! So I went to work and did my homework. This is a awesome idea for cook outs, picnics, family reunions and outdoor parties.
Husk your corn and put the cobs in the cooler.
Pour boiling water over the corn until its completely covered. Shut the lid of the cooler(don’t open the lid) and wait 30 minutes and Presto, your corn is done! The corn will still taste great for a couple of hours. ENJOY!!!!
