I have been loving sliders lately! It’s such an easy dinner idea that everyone loves! The flavors that you can create is amazing.

This one is so full of flavor, it’s incredible! I have made this one for family dinner, but they are great for any gathering that you have hungry people! Another bonus is that they only takes minutes to put together!

TIPS AND TRICKS

LOVE SPICE? Chop up a jalapeno and add the seeds or not, depending on how much heat you like. You can also add a pinch of red pepper flakes to take it up a notch!

CHEESE: I’m in love with the Mexican blend from Costco but cheddar cheese or a pepper jack would be a nice fit!

CHICKEN: I’m a firm believer in rotisserie chicken because it makes the process so easy and the chicken is so juicy. If you have leftover chicken or you have chicken you need to cook up before it expires, do it! You can also substitute turkey, beef or pork for the chicken.

MAKE AHEAD: You can make these ahead of time and store them in an airtight container to cut down the stress of getting ready for your get together. All you need to do is throw them in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.

STORAGE: They will stay good up to 3 days in an airtight container, but I will be surprised if you have any left!
