Crock Pot Green Chili Beef Taquitos
Taquitos…the perfect dish, Portable…Crunchy…Cheesy…Beefy. Kid-friendly too! These are so easy to make it’s almost ridiculous to even post a recipe.
Crock Pot Green Chili Beef Taquitos
1 large can of Green Chili sauce
1 beef chuck roast
12 corn or flour tortillas. I used Multi-Grain.
Cooking Spray
Shredded Cheese
Sour Cream
Avocado
Salsa
Directions:
Place roast in the crockpot and cover with a large can of green chili sauce. Let it cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until you can easily shred the beef with a fork. Shred beef and place a small amount of shredded cheese and beef in the center of the tortilla. Roll it uptight. (You can use a little water and a pastry brush to wet the tortilla along the edge so that it will stick to itself and stay rolled up.) Spray each Taquito with cooking spray so it will crisp up a little in the oven. Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for about 10 minutes. Garnish with sour cream, avocado, and salsa! Ole!
Enjoy!
