Dill Veggie Dip
It’s the time of year for parties and get togethers! This is a great Dill Veggie Dip and you should definitely give it a try!
We made this for a family get together and it worked out pretty awesome. It’s so easy your husband can make it and it’ll be awesome! I was baking rolls so I recruited Matthew to help me make stuff the night before. He was super awesome and helpful and loves to add his own little spin on things. Here is what we came up with!
Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. dried parsley
- 1 Tbsp. dried chives
- 1/2 – 1 tsp dried dill weed
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika (or smoked paprika)
- 1/4 tsp dried minced onion
- salt and pepper , to taste
Directions
-
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and whisk together to combine well.
-
For best taste, refrigerate for several hours in an airtight container before serving.
- Arrange your veggies on a tray.

Sounds good! Dill is one of my favorite herbs. I go through a lot of it. Would definitely use the full teaspoon in this amount of dip. So nice that Matthew “loves to add his own little spin on things!”
thank you!
