Dinner made easy! Sometimes you just need something that’s quick with what you have in your pantry. This tasted super good and was quick and easy. My kids eat chicken, in fact I tell them everything protein is just chicken because they will eat it!

Ingredients

  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 teaspoons of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • nonstick spray

Directions

  1. Pat the chicken dry with paper towels.
  2. Put all the seasonings in a bowl, mix together and sprinkle on the chicken.
  3. Pre-heat the air fryer to 380 degrees, spray the bottom with non-stick spray. Place the chicken smooth side up.
  4. Cook for 12 minutes at 380 degrees, then flip over and cook for an additional 6 minutes or until the chicken is at 165 degrees.
  5. Let rest for 5 minutes.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How long should you cook chicken thighs in an air fryer?

It depends on your air fryer temperature and how thick your chicken breasts are. I like to cook my chicken breasts for a shorter time at a higher temperature, so I opt for 400 degrees F for a cook time of 10-15 minutes.

Is it better to bake chicken thighs at 350 or 400?

It depends on how quickly you want the chicken thighs to cook. At 400F, bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs will need 40 minutes. At 350F, they will need around 50 minutes. While the lower temperature takes longer, it decreases the risk of them drying out

Can you put aluminum foil in an air fryer?

Foil is safe to use in an air fryer so long as you follow three basic rules: never let foil touch the heating element; make sure the foil is weighted so it doesn’t blow around the basket; and avoid contact with acidic ingredients, which can cause the foil to leach onto

Is it better to cover chicken thighs when baking?

Crispy Skin: If you want a crispy, golden-brown skin, it’s better to bake the chicken uncovered for at least part of the cooking time. You can start covered and then remove the foil towards the end to allow the skin to crisp up
