Now that you’ve exceeded your sugar limits on Halloween candy, you need to make yourself a healthy snack! I am not really a fan of pumpkin flavor (I know, I know) but pumpkin seeds are delicious! They’re crunchy, salty, and easy to snack on! This recipe is simple and yet flavorful and cruuuuunchy!
1. Soak Pumpkin seeds in 2/3 C. Water and 1 ½ t. Salt overnight.
2. Remove Seeds with a slotted spoon and place on a cookie sheet. (I lined with non-stick foil.)
3. Bake at 300 degrees 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Best part about carving a pumpkin, the seeds!!!!
