Easy Veggie Loaded Chicken Alfredo
This is a healthier version of
Chicken Alfredo that is super easy to make and loaded with flavor!
Easy Veggie Loaded Chicken Alfredo
INGREDIENTS:
Fettuccine noodles
Frozen vegetable stir fry
2 Tbsp. Olive oil
2 chicken breasts
Alfredo sauce (Here’s our recipe for homemade
Alfredo!)
DIRECTIONS:
1. Begin bowling noodles in a separate pot.
2. In a pan, sauté vegetables in olive oil until cooked through. Remove from pan.
3. Without rinsing the pan out, cut chicken into cubes and cook through.
4. Add vegetables, noodles, and Alfredo to the pan and heat until warm. Serve warm!
