I seriously needed a new wreath for my front door and I couldn’t decide what I wanted but I needed something NOW! The one I made for the 4th of July was lacking the cute factor but I’m happy with this one. I even got the seal of approval from Lisa and Andie!
This is REALLY easy to make but it does take some time. Just put on a movie and sit back and tie.
This is the supplies that you will need. The wreath circle I have had for a while but I did notice that they are cheaper at Wal-Mart than JoAnn’s. The ribbon, I bought at Wal-Mart. It cost less than $5.00 all roll and has 25 yards in roll. I used 3 rolls of the yellow ribbon.
Cut your ribbon into 10 inch strips and tie to the frame.
Tie a ribbon on each row, on top of each other. Repeat process and pushing the ribbon tightly next to each other. Remember, the closer you put the ribbons together the fuller your wreath will be.
Who was the winner if the beautiful wreath?
James Emmer! Keep your eye open, we will be having another giveaway soon!
This looks so fun! Coming by from Crafters Corner Cafe. Lots of love, lisa
This looks so cute!
Wow, it looks so easy – with much result!
so so pretty…
Very nice wreath, but how long did it take? Did it take more than one movie?
Bless you!
My grass yarn wreath is getting boring! I have everything to make this!
I love that I can make this delightful craft while watching TV! It might take a few "The Next Food Network Stars" to finish, but I'm excited to try!
Thanks for linking to the letter D.
