Frozen Yogurt Pops
I don’t know about you but the only time that I like yogurt is when it’s frozen. You’ve always got the option of go-gurts, I personally don’t love the flavor of those, maybe it’s just me. When you already have these little lovelies in your fridge you may as well use them.
Obviously, I always have
popsicle sticks on hand because you never know when you will need them, but my boyfriend was telling me that he used to stick a spoon in his yogurt and freeze them when he was little. These remind me of the good old days when they had push pops.
Frozen Yogurt Pops
There are 3 easy steps:
1. What I did was stick in the stick and freeze them over night.
2. Then I ran them under warm warm for a few seconds, cut off the bottom with a knife. Make sure your hand and the yogurt package is dry so your hand doesn’t slip.
3. Pull off the bottom and surprise!! You have a push pop or popsicle!! Yummy, healthy and minimally messy treat for the kids or you!!
Another option to consider: if you have a baby and want them to have a little yogurt you can put whipped yogurt in a piping bag and make little kisses and freeze them. It’s a good treat for the munchkins!
We just showed this to our little boy… He asked if we could make it for him right now 🙂 We told him no but for sure tomorrow. Already have the yogurt just need the popsicle sticks.. Thanks again for an easy great snack idea!
Thanks! We hope he likes it!
