High Protein Snacks

These are some High Protein Snacks to help you get through your day, keeping you fuller longer and reducing cravings for sugary snacks!

I’ve been trying to eat more proteins and less fats and carbs. Just over here counting my macros and trying to be healthier while I build some muscle. While I’m lifting the weights I want build the muscles and lose some fat.

Turkey Rolls –  I like to take four slices of Prima Della oven roasted Turkey deli meat and then roll up cucumber wedges. It’s a great way to get some veggies and protein in and in a low calorie way.

Jerky – This is a great portable snack that does not need to be refrigerated. It’s a high protein snack!

Oikos Triple Zero Yogurt, Nonfat, Vanilla 5.3 oz

Greek Yogurt Parfait – I love the Oikos Vanilla Triple Zero Greek Yogurt and then we bought some apple cinnamon granola we got from Costco. I used about a half serving of the granola! It is a delicious easy high protein snack as well.

Veggies and Yogurt Dip – I love Fage 0% with a little lemon juice and some salt and garlic mixed in. It makes an awesome dip. You also could add ranch seasoning to it as well.

Tuna – Tuna is packed with protein and also has a ton of nutrients as well. Sometimes I will eat them with cucumbers or pickles.
