Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs
Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs are the absolutely delicious! We grilled the thighs because everything is better on the grill.
We did this a little different this time because I told Matt to pick dinner. He saw that bone in, skin on chicken thighs were cheaper than that boneless, skinless so he obviously bought the cheaper option.
Since we are trying to be a little more healthy he decided to cut off the skin and then marinate the chicken overnight and then grill it the next day and it was amazing! We ate this with rice, veggies and it was amazing!
Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs
Ingredients
- 2 pounds bone in chicken thighs, skinned
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons Sweet Pepper Honey Chicken Seasoning
- 1 fresh squeezed orange

Directions
- Place the chicken in a bowl with all the other ingredients. Mix until all the chicken is coated in the marinade.
- Allow to marinate for 12 to 24 hours in the fridge.
- When you are ready to cook pull out of the fridge about 15 minutes before you are ready to start grilling.
- Then cook the chicken until it reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Once the chicken reaches temperature pull off the grill. Allow to rest for 10 to 20 minutes.
