HONEY PARMESAN PORK ROAST
Holy cow! This recipe is amazing! Honey Parmesan Pork Roast that you cook slowly in the slow cooker is juicy, tender and melts in your mouth. Who knew pork could taste so good!
It’s been a while since I have used my crockpot. My husband has been convinced that slow cooker recipes are better when cooked in a Dutch oven.
The truth is, you can make delicious slow-cooked meals in the Dutch oven but you can also do it in the crockpot! This turned out perfect using my crockpot!
Parmesan honey pork roast is just what you need in your life. Whether you need a recipe for a weeknight or a Sunday dinner. It’s perfect of that crazy, busy day or when your making a meal to impress. It’s a tender, fall apart juicy roast that over the top delicious!
The slow cooking tenderizes the pork to the point of falling apart.
Honey Parmesan Pork Roast
INGREDIENTS
- 1 3-4 lb. boneless pork loin roast
- 1 C grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 C honey
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. dried oregano
- 3 to 4 minced garlic cloves
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 C chicken broth
DIRECTIONS

Place roast in the slow cooker.

In a bowl combine cheese, honey, soy sauce, oregano, garlic, oil, and salt.

Pour mixture over the top of the roast.

Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or until the thermometer reads 160 degrees.

Remove meat and place on a platter.

Strain juices in the slow cooker and put them into a small saucepan.

Mix cornstarch and chicken broth together.

Add into strained juices and stir until thickened over medium heat.
- Slice roast and serve with glaze.

I have never really loved a lot of heat on my tacos, but I’m growing up and branching out! These beef tacos really hit the spot and did not need too much to go with them.
A little cilantro, sour cream, tomatoes, lettuce, or anything you love. They were absolutely great!
