Keto Friendly Chili
This Keto Friendly Chili recipe will please the whole family and you won’t feel like you have to make two different meals.
Every 10 years my husband goes to Las Vegas to go Skydiving for his birthday. Skydiving has a weight limit and my cute hubby is over it. We have decided it is time to get serious and get the weight off before his birthday at the end of October.
I haven’t been able to lose weight ever since my thyroid has gone crazy and so we decided that we needed to try something desperate. My sons have been doing the keto diet for a while and lost weight and now it seems to help them maintain their ultimate weight. That’s what has convinced us to jump on the bandwagon.
My husband has graciously agreed to be my model through this process. We are not experts but I thought it would be fun to go on this journey with you and let you know what has worked and what has not worked for us. One thing that helps me focused and able to do something like this, is the ability to eat dishes that taste good and I don’t feel deprived.
This is a recipe that will please the whole family and you won’t feel like you have to make two different meals.
My husband will tell anyone that this is his new favorite chili recipe, hands down! It’s so full of flavor that even my 15-year-old ate two bowls and that is saying a lot!
