Nausea Popsicles
Nausea Popsicles! I’m not exactly sure where I found this recipe but I’m reposting it because these TOTALLY WORK!! I was dying with morning sickness (more like all-day kill-me-now sickness) and could not handle it anymore so I finally started trying every natural method I could find. These were the cure!
was all I was ever eating. These on the other hand are packed with fruit, so I
stay nausea-free and healthy!
Nausea Popsicles
2 bananas
1 cup blueberries
1 cup apple juice
1 cup yogurt, vanilla
2 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. fresh grated ginger
directions
2. Add remaining ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth.
3. Pour into popsicle molds (or an ice tray if you forget to buy the popsicle
molds…)
4. Freeze!
Am dealing with nausea 24/7 for an as yet undiagnosed health issue going on 3 months. Just finished whipping up a batch of these & plopped them in freezer. Have been a green smootie fan in past, but not as appealing at the moment. Am so looking forward to these. Many thanks for sharing. I know the post is dated, but sugar-crystalized ginger has also helped in moderation 🙂
You may have a condition called hyperemesis gravidarum. Look into it and ask you doctor.
