Parmesan Crusted Baby Potatoes
Dinner is nothing with out these Parmesan Crusted Baby Potatoes. Goes with any main entree you can think of.
I love these little baby potatoes so much! My boys are pretty picky about things and these potatoes are perfect for them. They love fries and these are basically cheese fries.
We had these last night with chicken and rolls and broccoli, the boys all my boys ate them up. I can always trust that Ellie will eat the food. It’s like the kids hit a certain age get picky and then slowly start to get over it. They liked these.
Parmesan Crusted Baby Potatoes
Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 (24 oz) package Yukon Gold potatoes, halved
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Place 1 Tablespoon Olive oil on a baking pan or nonstick baking pan.

Half the potatoes and score the cut side.

Evenly spread the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder and Italian seasoning, and salt on the Oil in the pan. Arrange the potatoes, cut-side down on the parmesan and seasonings, in the pan. Drizzle the remaining olive oil on top of the potatoes and then sprinkle a little Kosher salt on top. Then, place in the preheated oven.
- Bake until the potatoes are tender and the Parmesan creates a golden crust on the bottom of the potatoes, about 25 to 35 minutes, depending on how crispy you want them. Let stand 5 minutes before using a spatula to release potatoes from pan.
