Party Hot Dog Bar
With all the parties have in our family it’s always fun to have new ideas for dinner. On Christmas Eve we had a Party Hot Dog Bar!
This year has been a fun year with Christmas, Grey is finally starting to get playing with his cousins and open presents. He hasn’t stopped playing with his cars since yesterday morning.
It’s been super fun! Christmas Eve was super fun, we did karaoke, made sugar cookies, and had a party hot dog bar! Everyone drew out of a bowl and picked a country and a course. Matt and I drew an American dish, so obviously hot dog bar seemed like the most logical answer.
We got the hot dogs and buns at Costco and the rest at Walmart. Here’s what we came up with for toppings.
- ketchup
- mustard
- BBQ sauce
- Mayo
- relish
- white sauce
- Nacho Cheese
- Chili
- cheddar cheese
- diced tomatoes
- sauerkraut
- lettuce
- bacon
- pineapple
- pickles
- sour cream
- Jalapeno
- Gorgonzola cheese
- onions
I’m sure there are so many more options but these are what we came up with to top our dogs with. We bought Polish Dogs and regular Beef Hot Dogs that were a foot long from Costco and we have so many leftovers it’s crazy. We also got sandwich rolls from Costco too and they were really good!
