Pulled Pork Sandwiches
Do you love Pulled Pork Sandwiches??? We do and this is such an easy and delicious way to make them. We have made them for family gatherings, Sunday dinner, and High school softball banquets.
This is all you will need to make this fabulous sandwich! Buy the cheapest Pork Roast, it doesn’t matter, it will turn out delicious! ( It taste great with a beef roast)
Lay the roast on tin foil that is in a cross pattern. Soak the meat with the liquid smoke (about half the bottle). Cover meat with the seasoning of your choosing. Put a lot of seasoning because the roast is huge!
Take the tin foil from opposite sides and close them around the roast. It doesn’t have to look pretty, you just want to seal all the juices inside! Bake at 250 to 275 degrees. 6 to 8 hours, depending on how big your roast is.
Once the meat is cooked, shred the meat with two forks. It will be soooooo tender that it will just fall apart!!
