This is an easy recipe for tons of flavor! It’s a combination of pumpkin pie and cobbler!
I’m always amazed how such a simple recipe can taste so good! I’m pretty sure that I love the pumpkin dump cake more than pies for Thanksgiving! I have made other pumpkin dump cakes before but the addition of the oatmeal is a nice surprise!
It’s sweet and savory all wrapped up in one delicious dessert! This a great dessert to surprise your guests with this holiday season!
TIPS AND TRICKS
STORAGE:
It can last up to 3 to 4 days in the fridge. Make sure to cover it with plastic wrap.
can i freeze this?
Yes!!! Just let it cool completely after baking before placing it in the freezer. I would suggest double wrapping the top.
garnish:
A big scoop of ice cream is the perfect way to top this off but homemade whip cream is delightful! A little drizzle of caramel sauce is amazing with a sprinkle of Heath bar nuggets.
You could even sprinkle your favorite nut on top for a perfect ending.
