Sautéed Carrots
An easy dinner side idea for you today! We are always trying to mix up our dinner ideas with veggies, but I am pretty picky. I love carrots though!
Sautéed Carrots
Ingredients
2 servings
3 Carrots
4 tablespoons of butter
1/2 cup of water
parsley
salt and pepper
Directions
Cut your carrots on an angle to make them pretty. Heat the pan to medium heat, put in the water and the carrots, and put the lid on. When the water is almost evaporated put in the butter, and add salt, pepper, and parsley to taste. Cook until the butter caramelizes the carrots. They taste way good and are simple!
