Everything is better made in a skillet! Skillet Pepperoni Pizza Bake is the perfect little bite for any occasion.
We are getting pretty excited around here for the Super Bowl! Every year, we get together, as a family, and watch the big game! I don’t know how much has to do with the game, half time, commercials or let’s be honest, it’s probably the FOOD!
My kids are great cooks and love to try new recipes, so we are always on the search for the next best recipe! This would be perfect dish for any crowd, especially the kiddos. It would also be amazing dinner for one of those weeknights when you have to run every kid to their lessons and you realize, and now it’s time to feed them!
TIPS AND TRICKS
PROTEIN: If pepperoni isn’t your jam, replace it with your favorite pizza toppings! It will taste fabulous!
BISCUITS: Make sure to cut your biscuits into bite size pieces. This will help your biscuits cook more evenly. I used Pillsbury Grands but any biscuit would do.
VEGGIES: Veggies will taste amazing in this dish! You can add mushrooms, onions, peppers, or even pineapple.
STORAGE: This will stay good in your fridge up to 3 days, if placed in an airtight container.
