Skor Bars
Skor Bars! Sunday is a perfect day for a treat! It seems like after church you just crave a delicious morsel.
This is a fun treat because you use ingredients that you usually wouldn’t use for a dessert. Quick and easy but it is sure to please your cute family!
Skor Bars
Ingredients:
1 box Ritz crackers
1 bag toffee bits
1 1/2 to 2 cans sweetened condensed milk
1 cup milk chocolate chips
Skor Bars
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line an 8×8 baking dish with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
- Place Ritz crackers in blender and process until they are fine crumbs. Pour them into a bowl.
- Add 1 cup of the toffee bits and the sweetened condensed milk ( add how much you think it needs. You don’t want it soupy but it needs to be moist). Stir until combined. Press into the prepared baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven.
- Pour chocolate chips evenly over the top of the bars. Place pan back into the oven for 1 to 2 minutes to melt the chips, then spread evenly over the top.
- Sprinkle the remaining toffee bits on top. Let cool completely and then remove bars by pulling up on the foil. Remove all the foil from the bars and then slice.
Hi Kimberly these look so delicious! Pinning and have a nice evening and start of the week!
Thank you!
This is going in the oven right now!! As I was crushing the crackers I realized I only had 1 can of sweetened condensed milk. But I also had a 14 oz jar of Hershey's caramel sauce!! So I used a full can of sweetened condensed milk and half the jar of caramel sauce. I can't wait to see how it comes out!!
Let me know how it turns out!????
