Sour Cream Brown Sugar Strawberries
When Matt and I go to Costco we always buy more than we need. We think we are getting this great deal but then when you actually think about it. All that food is really hard for two people to eat.
Our new things is we love to cook and share! There is one exception, fruit is so hard because it goes bad so fast. We love strawberries so much, especially with them in season right now! We made tons of strawberry recipes and we’d rather have too many than not enough, however, then you have those leftover strawberries that you have to eat or else they go bad!
Now this is a treat that my friend, the one, the only, Aly told me about! Strawberries dipped in sour cream and rolled in brown sugar! They are are so delicious!

WARNING: Once, these are dipped and rolled in the sugar they need to be eaten immediately. The sugar absorbs the sour cream and it melts off! Worth every calorie!! Enjoy!!

I bet those are good! They certainly look pretty too. We shop at Costco but we have 2 kids still living at home so the food gets eaten fairly quickly. I love that place! I may give these a try. Costco has the best fruit!

We had a neighbor who showed us this when I was a girl. I loved to eat strawberries like this. I haven't done it in a while. I will have to try it again.
