Three Cheese Quiche
Simple equals delicious! This Three Cheese Quiche is perfect for any meal. Less stress, saves time, and you look fabulous when they taste your creation.
I know eggs are expensive right now but this is still a budget friendly dish, and you still feel fancy at the same time! My family loves eggs and even the youngest will devour a plate of eggs. This creation just takes it up a notch. The cheesy goodness will be on your mind, days after you have eaten it.
You can whip this up in minutes and while it cooks, you can take care of things around the house.

TIPS AND TRICKS
PIE CRUST: To save time, use a pre-made pie crust. If you have a favorite crust recipe, go ahead.
HEAVY CREAM: If you don’t have heavy cream on hand, use whole milk or half and half.
CHEESES: Each cheese brings the flavor profile up a notch. Don’t be afraid to experiment with cheeses. Parmesan would be a great substitution for one of the cheeses.
WHY BOTH ONIONS? The different onions give it a different crunch and flavor to the dish.
STORAGE: This will keep in the fridge up to 3 days, if you cover it tightly in plastic wrap. This makes a great make ahead dish as well.
ADD INS: This would be so delicious if you add cooked bacon, diced ham, spinach or even mushrooms. It’s a great canvas to experiment with.
Three Cheese Quiche

Ingredients
- 1 pre-made refrigerated pie crust
- 6 eggs
- ¾ cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- ½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ½ cup swiss cheese, shredded
- ¼ cup yellow onion, diced
- 2 ½ tablespoons green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and remove pie crust from fridge.
- Whisk the eggs, heavy cream, salt, garlic salt and pepper together in a large bowl.
- Add the cheeses and onions to the egg mixture and stir until fully combined.
- Pour the egg mixture into the prepared pie crust and bake for 40-45 minutes or until quiche is fully set in the middle. It depends on the oven, so watch it closely.
- Let cool for 8-10 minutes before serving. Enjoy warm or room temperature!
