Top 5 Favorite BBQ Rubs
We love to use our smoker, this summer we haven’t used it as much with the cost of meat rising so much and because the smell of smoke making me nauseous. Now that I’m getting over it a little bit we have decided to have a barbecue. Hopefully I don’t regret it! We have done a lot of barbecue and we have found 5 Rubs that we love the very most!
My personal favorite is Sweet Rub of Mine, this is great on everything honestly, but I prefer it on chicken. We use it with the smoker, oven, ninja and everything you can think of!
The next favorite is really great on beef whether it is Brisket or Steak it’s fantastic. It has a little heat but really not much, I’m sensitive to spicy things and this doesn’t even bother me at all.
This one we got from a friend that smokes all the time. He recommended it to us and we use it all the time. It’s great on ribs but also pretty great on chicken! It’s got a really deep flavor profile that we enjoy!
This rub is a little sweeter and I love it on chicken and burnt ends. I like sweet meat, my brothers don’t. If you don’t like sweet meat this won’t be for you. I love it so much I use it on chicken all the time. Then I put said chicken on salads.
This last one packs a little heat, but it’s fantastic on beef. We loved it on steak, we actually got this when we bought our Yoder ys640 smoker a couple years ago. It came from All things BBQ which is one of our favorite youtube channels to watch on how to smoke all the things! We love it and recommend it!
