Vinegar Marinated Cucumbers
Vinegar Marinated Cucumbers are the perfect healthy snack for summer. However, you’ll crave it all the time!
I remember these from when I was a little kid. My grandma would make these all of the time and now I want them all the time. I’ll make them and eat a bunch in one sitting.
These were the perfect recipe for one cucumber, because I’m the only one who eats them at my house for now. You could double it and it would be amazing! You won’t regret this healthy snack!
Ingredients
- 1 large cucumbers
- 1/4 small onion, sliced
- 3 tablespoons white vinegar
- 3 tablespoons warm water
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- ground black pepper to taste
Directions

Peel and thinly slice the cucumber and onion.

In a large bowl, add the vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and pepper. Whisk until the sugar is dissolved.

And the cucumbers the bowl. Stir well until all of the cucumbers have been coated in liquid.

Cover the bowl. Refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour and up to 1 day.

Drain the liquid from the cucumbers. Serve cold.
